Welcome, students!

Hey, it's Evamarie, here! 
I'm excited to be able to offer you this special Thanksgiving Yoga Workout, to get you through this hectic week, especially since we don't have our normal classes.What's great is, you can also use this at-home yoga workout through the holidays, either in the event you miss class, or anytime you just need a breather from all the stress and chaos!

 Enjoy your yoga workout!

Option 1:  About 20 minutes
Option 2:  About 40 minutes

I have divided the workout into 2 segments; the first segment is for all to follow, and runs around 20 minutes.  At the end of that segment, I will leave it up to you if you want (or need) to stop your workout there, or to continue for another 20 minutes to the end of the full routine.  Either way, you get a GREAT yoga session for yourself!
