Hello! My name is Evamarie, and
I'm the founder of The Flexibility Coach, the online
resource of my stretching and yoga
instruction. My goal is to bring to you, my
members, the same high-quality guidance that my
in-person students and clients have enjoyed over my
20 years of teaching yoga, stretching and ot her
fitness disciplines. The programs you'll find
here are the result of literally thousands of hours
of program creation and refinement, with constant
updates as innovations in the field of fitness
continue to emerge.
Stretching, due to its
slower, more meticulous nature, lends itself
particularly well to audio and video instruction,
and I'm so grateful that technology is
allowing me to reach an audience well beyond
the limitations of just a single, brick-and-mortar
classroom. I've received
