here. I designed each PDF sheet with photos
for ease of reference, and walk you through the
stretches with my audio recordings in exactly the
same way I instruct my classes. You can listen

5-minute yoga has proven to be a popular solution
for today's busy lifestyles, before there were my
"mini's" there were my nationally-released
full-length yoga DVD's. All of seven of them
(ranging from 10 to 60 minutes) are here, for those
times you need a longer, more comprehensive yoga
session.
