Over 60 specialty stretch workouts (audio + printable PDF's):  Whether you're an athlete needing just the right stretches for your sport or you have a specific concern, such as a stiff low back or tight calf muscles, you'll find a workout that meets your needs here.  I designed each PDF sheet with photos for ease of reference, and walk you through the stretches with my audio recordings in exactly the same way I instruct my classes.  You can listen online or download the MP3's to your Smart Phone or other device and take your workout anywhere!

Full-length yoga workout videos:  Although my 5-minute yoga has proven to be a popular solution for today's busy lifestyles, before there were my "mini's" there were my nationally-released full-length yoga DVD's.  All of seven of them (ranging from 10 to 60 minutes) are here, for those times you need a longer, more comprehensive yoga session.

Over 40 individual stretch videos:  I selected the most common and useful stretches and walk you through them individually, step by step, in this series of videos.  Very helpful when you just want to quick squeeze in a stretch during your day or at the end of a workout, or need a refresher on exactly how to do a certain stretch correctly.
