Flexibility and Fitness Services Offered

Arguably the best way to ensure you’ll follow through with the flexibility training your body needs.  These one-on-one, supervised and customized workouts allow you to do “the fun stuff” (cardio, sports, weights, etc.) on your own, while ensuring you’re attending to the foundation that makes those other activities possible.

3-5 flexibility coaching sessions to get you started or simply to update what you’re already doing

Recommended every 3-6 months, for those who workout regularly and just need that occasional “flexibility update.”

Typical session lasts 90 minutes:  A quick yet comprehensive way to assess where you’re at and how to achieve your goals and/or improve your flexibility, agility and comfort in moving.  Session starts with a brief discussion of your fitness background, medical history and goals, moves into an assessment of your current flexibility, and concludes with a set of stretches and exercises customized to your needs, along with recommendations for the overall structure of your fitness and exercise program.
